## Built in Tasmania, for Tasmanian businesses

We came together in 2023 with over 200 years of combined experience and a shared goal. Give Tasmanian businesses access to genuinely senior-level IT expertise, without the big-city overhead.

## Why we started Element Digital

Tasmania's businesses deserve the same quality of technical support as anywhere else in the country. We saw a gap, too many projects delivered by remote teams who did not understand the local context, and too many clients left without the skills or documentation to carry on after go-live.

We built Element Digital to fix that.

We are a team of consultants who have spent careers in enterprise IT, Microsoft platforms, infrastructure and cyber security, and we bring that experience to every project, regardless of size. Being local means we can sit across the table from you, understand your team, and deliver outcomes that actually stick.

## What drives everything we do

- **We care about people.** Strong relationships sit at the heart of everything. We are approachable, honest and genuinely easy to work with.
- **We own it.** We take full responsibility for outcomes. Striving to be proactive, reliable, and committed to doing the job properly.
- **We enjoy projects.** We bring fresh thinking to every engagement. We love solving hard problems that make a real difference.
