We are a team of senior IT consultants in Hobart. If you know your craft and want to use it for Tasmanian organisations, we would like to hear from you.

## What we do

Element Digital helps Tasmanian businesses get more from Microsoft 365, Azure, cyber security and modern infrastructure. The work ranges from short advisory engagements to projects that run for months, and we stay involved after go-live so our clients can run what we have built.

We started in 2023, and between us the team has over 200 years of experience. Our consultants work closely with clients, in person when it helps, and each of us owns our work from scoping through to handover.

## Who we'd like to meet

Experienced people who know their craft, work well with others and take a practical approach. We are particularly interested in:

- **Microsoft 365 and Azure consultants.** Identity, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Azure, designed and delivered properly.
- **Infrastructure engineers.** Networks, servers, virtualisation and backup, and the migrations between old and new.
- **Cyber security specialists.** People who can assess and harden an environment, and explain the risk in plain language.
- **Project and delivery leads.** People who keep technical projects on track and keep clients informed along the way.
